Morgantown, WV - On June 25 and 26, Morgantown will host the Wells Fargo Advisors Triathlon and Duathlon, offering two days of multisport events for the entire family.
The Wells Fargo Advisors Mountaineer Triathlon and Duathlon features a sprint distance course along with the olympic distance and half distance races. The half distance includes a 1.2 mile swim in the Monongahela River, a rolling 56 mile bike ride, and a 13.1 mile run on a new flat and fast course along the Mon River, the Olympic race includes a 1500m swim or 5k Run, 40k bike, and 6.2mi run, and the sprint includes a 750m swim or 5k Run, 20k bike, and 5k run. The women's only triathlon event is on Saturday and features a 250 meter swim, followed by a 7 mile bike and finishing with a 2 mile run. All events start and finish at the Hazel Ruble Park in downtown Morgantown, WV.
